Androgogic Project Management Process
Androgogic uses a custom developed Project Management process based on elements in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). It is a light-weight but agile and robust process and one designed to achieve results transparently with strong management oversight and control of cost, time and risk.

- Objectives (reiterated from SOW)
- Scope (reiterated from SOW)
- Approach
- High-level milestones (reiterated from SOW)
- Project schedule including Work Breakdown Structure (specific tasks, dates and responsible parties)
- Communications plan
- Risk management plan (expanded from SOW)
- Resources required (people) (expanded from SOW)
- Quality plan
- Change management (expanded from SOW)
- Status reports
- Tasks completed last cycle
- Tasks scheduled for next cycle
- Resource availability review for next cycle
- Progress against schedule
- Monitoring of identified and emerging risks, issues, queries and the effectiveness of mitigation strategies
- Tabling and review of any lodged change requests
- Change management: including a process whereby changes to scope are documented, reviewed, costed (time and $), impacts to the schedule/resources evaluated and approved/rejected by the Executive team
- System and/or Software Requirements Specification: including functional and quality requirements, design constraints, guidelines, branding imperatives, etc.
- Close out review: where we examine the project outcomes and feed this into future projects in a process of continual improvement
