Androgogic has developed a focused Project Management methodology based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and with elements from PRINCE2. This methodology has been specifically developed for and has a successful track record in Educational Technology implementations across a range of medium to large organisations. It is a light-weight but agile and robust set of processes and one designed to achieve results transparently with strong management oversight and control of cost, time and risk.
Androgogic has used this process in partnership with many client partners to deliver projects on time and in budget.
The Project Management process uses the following documents:
- Statement of Work (SOW)
- Project Management Plan (PMP)
- Status reports
- Change requests
- Close out review report
All project documentation is be stored under version and workflow control in content managed environment where they are available to the project management and other key stakeholders.
Typically an Androgogic project will progress in a series of discrete phases:

Planning: project management documentation including a detailed Statement of Work (SOW)/ Project Management Plan (PMP)

Design: development of the design documentation

Approval: review and ratification of the design documentation

Implementation: systems implementation

Testing: including systems testing (tests that the system operates as specified) and UAT (process where the stakeholders confirm that the system meets their requirements and is fit for the intended business purpose)

Review: project close out review against the success criteria to determine if the project has achieved its objectives.
